Often referred to as the body clock, the circadian rhythm is regulated by daylight, and plays an essential role in the balance of the human body.
The circadian rhythm sends signals to your body and regulates: heart rate, body temperature, blood pressure, hormone production, sleep, digestion, cognitive abilities, memory and mood.
Your health, your morale and your dynamism therefore depend essentially on your circadian rhythm: on the amount of natural light you receive on a daily basis.

More and more scientific studies show that the blue light (color temperature of more than 5000K) present everywhere, in lighting (indoor and outdoor) as well as in all electronic devices, is very harmful for your circadian rhythm.

You can notice that the light spectrum of the sun evolves throughout the day, in a cycle of 24 hours. This is what influences and regulates your circadian rhythm (body clock) on a daily basis.
* The LEDs used by CIRCAYA do not diffuse more quantity of blue light than the sun: a very low level, therefore not harmful to health.
